Yegneshwar has been consulting, teaching and undertaking pathbreaking research on aspects of leadership development for over 20 years. He headed Education & Research at Infosys, was Vice-President of the Infosys Leadership Institute, and a Member of the Management Council. He spearheaded several Knowledge Management applications; designed, developed and deployed systems and interventions for organization, leadership and employee development; enhanced the organization’s knowledge and skills at all levels by expanding the reach and penetration of the Education & Research function; and contributed to critical strategy formulation activities and decisions.
Yegneshwar has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani and a PhD in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Bombay.
