Devapriyo played a key at the Infosys Leadership Institute, where he designed the framework for senior leadership development and the Institute’s senior leadership programmes. At Access Information Services, he delivered services related to decision support systems, aligned business processes to IT applications, and worked on simulation and modeling projects. Prior to this, he anchored systems design and development at American Medical International.
He takes a holistic approach to building a strong leadership pipeline, combining action learning, classroom sessions, coaching, competency modelling, 360° feedback, assessment centres and development planning. He has designed, conducted and facilitated several diagnostic and interventional organization development initiatives and executive workshops.
Devapriyo has an MBA from the UCLA and a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Calcutta.
