COD was founded with a vision to enable organizations to build internal capabilities for sustained growth through innovative management practices and expert advice, providing insights to corporates in Organization Development.

Since its inception in 1980, COD has been partnering with large organizations in the corporate sector and able to influence the policies of companies and bring in organizations turn around. Though the main clientele of COD has been large Manufacturing companies, it also recognizes the need to nurture the booming IT, Service sector and MSMEs.

Founded COD, as an exclusive centre  to provide insights and skills to corporates in in these important areas of management.
