Jay is an HR professional, leadership coach, academic and researcher, and columnist with wide-ranging HR experience of over 2 decades. He started his career at Tata Steel, where he worked in the Personnel Management & Industrial Relations division. At the Tata Steel Management Development Centre (TMDC), he conceptualized and designed a Business Managers’ Development Program with the involvement of the company’s top management. He deployed the Program across the Tata Group, and opened up the TMDC beyond the Group to reach over 20 companies. Jay has also worked with Sasken, iGATE, Capgemini and Atos.
He has published extensively in national and international journals.
Jay is a doctoral fellow of XLRI Jamshedpur.
