Prof AB Prasad

Prof Prasad has worked in banking, finance, IT and ITES for over 40 years, holding leadership, advisory and faculty positions. He has trained senior personnel at OTI, Bank Mandiri, and the Government of Egypt; delivered postgraduate diploma programs at NIIT – IFBI; and held senior leadership positions at Reliance Industries, State Bank of India, and the State Bank Staff College, Hyderabad. He has published over 15 articles on training, organizational behavior and agricultural project financing, and has presented several well-received papers at national and international seminars. Prof Prasad adopts a unique mix of counselling, coaching and mentoring that aims to help participants understand the complex financial ecosystem and create their own roadmap to professional success by identifying and leveraging their strengths.
Prof Prasad holds an Executive MBA in HRM and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
