Srinivas Murthy is an adjunct faculty at Centre for Organization development and a new age Personal Excellence Guru  an NLP Master Practitioner, a Professional Coach.

He began his career in 1995 and has last served as an AVP & National Head – CEIP (Direct) in Max New York Life Insurance, Gurgaon, till 2008, before turning an Entrepreneur, Trainer and Coach in 2008. He trains and coaches Leaders of the Corporate world in the areas of sales, leadership, team building, wellness, performance management etc. He is able to blend his expertise in NLP and Tai Chi into his interventions, for maximum effectiveness. Till date, he has coached & trained several leadership professionals in 50+ organizations pan India. Some of them are Nestle India, Coca Cola, Boeing Corporation, Daimler India, Aurobindo Pharma, Amadeus, Sony India, Tesco, TAFE, HDFC Bank, Broadridge, Escorts Limited, Aditya Birla group, ICICI Prudential AMC, Aparna Constructions Zee Group, Hetero Drugs, Microsoft, Reliance Health Insurance, Indian Railways etc.
