Leadership Development Program for Women at Work

June 27-July 1, 2022

Research indicates that developing women’s leadership skills not only helps them advance professionally, but promotes inclusive, collaborative corporate cultures that power innovation. Companies that support and grow women consistently beat the competition on revenue, profitability and decision-making. To get the most value from gender diversity, companies should start early and keep going – all the way to the top.

This unique LDP is carefully designed to enable personal transformation through concept sessions, case discussions, films, role-plays and experience-sharing that you can carry forward to realize a superior, more fulfilling and meaningful professional and personal life.
