Dr Kuldeep Singh
Chairperson, Strategic Human Capital Management
Kuldeep is a champion of data-driven decision-making who has spent over 20 years in HR in the manufacturing and IT sectors, holding key positions as Corporate Head of HR, Strategic HR Advisor, and Global Head of Organization Development at major companies including UST Global, Infosys, Capgemini and Symphony Services, where he led several change management and organizational development initiatives. Before entering the corporate world, he was Associate Professor (HR) at IIM Indore.
Kuldeep is a doctoral fellow of XLRI Jamshedpur, and holds HR and Business Analytics certifications from Wharton and UC Berkeley.
Mr Ramesh Soundararajan
Ramesh is a HR professional with 30+ years of experience. He has held senior HR roles in companies like Sasken, CA and Infosys. As founder of Culstran Consulting LLP he partners organizations in developing values to KPIs to competency models. He has facilitated programs for XLRI, IGCC, IIML etc. and is the co author of " Winning on HR Analytics".
