Three Day Training Program on
Collaboration Skills for Problem-Solving
July 24-26, 2023 @ COD campus, Hyderabad
Collaborative problem solving is increasingly recognized as an important 21st century skill as it has several advantages over individual problem solving as the load can be shared, a variety of perspectives and viewpoints can emanate and team members can stimulate one another, in turn enhancing the creativity and quality of solutions. Yet collaboration, if managed poorly, can also quickly lead to communication issues, interpersonal conflict and inefficiencies. Unfortunately, most organizations and management are not equipped to support and develop high performing teams. It is therefore important that employees are trained to develop the skills needed to engage in successful collaborative problem solving.
