Dr Saxena takes a transformational and personalized approach when it comes to skill identification and professional rapport building, giving each participant holistic tools to enhance their work patterns and interpersonal relationships at work.

He holds an MA (English) and LLB from Agra University, after which he worked as a lecturer for three years before joining the State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer. During his early days at SBI, he studied to become CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) and later completed a Joint Fellow Program in Human Resource Development from XLRI, Jamshedpur and Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad. He completed his Doctoral Thesis on ‘The Impact of Training on Behaviour and Performance of Participants’.

Dr Saxena became AGM at SBI and worked as Behavioral Science faculty at State Bank Staff College, Hyderabad for around 12 years.

At SBI, he directed several

…for mid-level and senior officers.

Dr Saxena has also worked as Professor of HR at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad for eight years, creating a robust framework and content for programs on Leadership, Personality Development, Creativity, etc. His open, democratic yet persuasive teaching style appeals to all categories of professionalsbe they bank executives, senior officials, government employees and officers of public sector undertakings. Arming participants with autonomous decision-making skills, clear thinking, teamwork skills and wholesome confidence are the core objectives of his training methodology.

At ASCI, he has been instrumental in perfecting the Assessment Centre Methods, evaluating leadership potential for the purpose of conducting senior level promotions in public sector general insurance companies.
