About the Program:

In today’s rapidly changing business ecosystem USPs come with a shorter shelf life. A USP today is a commodity tomorrow. Only constant innovation can help offer sustained competitive differentiation enabling organizations to penetrate newer markets, find new target segments, address hitherto unmet needs and in the process help them achieve higher margins.

To ensure sustained competitive advantage, organizations have to first understand the dynamics that characterize their industry and then generate insights into how innovation can impact their competitiveness in the long run.

The program will contextualize innovation management as a strategic process progressing from assessing industry dynamics to strategy formulation to implementation. Through numerous case examples, the participants will be exposed to the framework of melding innovation with the strategy to help them understand how a broad-based long term planning around innovation can help firms gain sustained competitive advantage.

The programme will be held at the Centre for Organization Development, Madhapur, Hyderabad. It is fully residential, and the participants will be accommodated in single air-conditioned rooms at its campus.

The Centre arranges transport between Airport/Railway Station and the campus.


Program Fee (Per Participant)

The program fee is ₹ 27000/- plus GST. The fee includes tuition, stay and all meals. The fee can be paid by Cheque / DD drawn in favour of “Centre for Organization Development”, payable at Hyderabad. All fee settlements shall be done one week before the program date


Certificate of Participation

The Centre issues a Certificate of Participation on conclusion of the Program.
