Leadership is both a natural trait and a skill that can be acquired. Leaders are born and also made. According to Joel Barker, an American Futurist, A Leader is someone you choose to follow to a place you wouldn’t go by yourself. The role of leadership is to find, recognize and secure the future.

Nations cannot live in isolation any longer. We cannot continue to try to lead people in the old command and control style anymore. How well we respond to these and other challenges in the years ahead will be the direct result of the quality of our leaders. And the quality of our leaders is determined by how well they are prepared for the future.

The leader is the single most important factor for a positive and optimum result for all the stakeholders in an organization.
