Negotiation and Persuasion

Uncover The Real Value And Benefit Through Effective Interaction

“He who has learned to disagree without being disagreeable has discovered the most valuable secret of a diplomat.”

Reach Out and Get Connected

Just thinking about negotiation is stressful, until we realise that we negotiate every day: with our children who fuss about food; with friends, about which movie to see; our employer, to raise our salary; with a supplier for a better deal; with customers, to give us their business.

Whether in personal or professional situations, understanding the other person’s point of view and knowing the right negotiating technique is key to maximise the value we get from life and resolve differences before they worsen into outright conflicts.

Needs. Value. Relationships. 3 essential keys to unlock meaningful solutions.
