Who is this programme for?

This programme is designed for mid-level and senior managers involved in resolving conflicts and negotiating with management, employees, other departments, customers and suppliers. The programme is also useful to individuals seeking personal development, as negotiation is part of everyday life.

How does it work?

This 5-day online programme combines psychometric assessments, conceptual sessions, structured exercises, group discussion and case studies. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Participation and become a member of the COD Alumni Association.

Programme Director

Prof AB Prasad holds an Executive MBA in HRM and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. For nearly 40 years, he has held senior faculty, academic coordination and advisory positions at a number of Indian and international institutions including OTI, an Indonesian IT and consulting company; NIIT – IFBI (Institute for Finance, Banking and Insurance); Reliance Industries; SBI; State Bank of India Staff College, Hyderabad; and the State Bank of India Institute of Rural Development. He has developed instructional material for officer recruits in Egyptian banks. Prof Prasad has published several articles on his areas of expertise and presented several well-received papers at national and international seminars.

Prof Prasad adopts a unique mix of counselling, coaching and mentoring that aims to help participants understand the complex financial ecosystem and create their own roadmap to professional success by identifying and leveraging their strengths.
