Customised Programs are in-company programs co-designed by COD with client companies and delivered to their workforce at a pre-determined venue and date. The programs will be custom-curated with focus on the learning and business objectives of the sponsoring organization. COD shall also assist in Training Needs/Competency Gap Analysis based on the organization’s business and L&D objectives and prepare a training calendar.
