Leadership & OD interventions

With an increased time and money invested in training programmes, it is important to ensure the success of training programmes in terms of results and effectiveness. Thus, conducting training cannot just remain as an activity, it needs to be conducted for impact and such impact needs to be evaluated at various levels.Undermining/Overlooking the significance of “training evaluation” companies are not able to gauge if employees have actually learned the concepts presented, changed their behaviour on the job or even improved the organization’s customer satisfaction benchmarks. Thus the programme on Evaluation of Training Effectiveness has been designed at COD and it remains highly useful to the organizations in planning and implementing an effective training cycle and improving the outcomes through training.
