Leadership is not merely a matter of changing outside habits. Becoming a leader requires changes on the inside and the ability to communicate those changes authentically in the context of making the leader’s world different in a meaning full way. What is absent in today’s brand of leadership is inspiration. To inspire, “to breathe life into”, requires self-knowledge, the courage to speak, and then it takes the emotional intelligence and commitment to learn and connect with others.

Real leadership is deeply personal. Real leaders inspire action from others. They understand who they are and what they want. They are driven by principle rather than by politics and does substantial reflection on personal values and the change that should flow from the application of those values. Speaking through values inspires leaders and thereby gives them the ability to inspire others. The skills of leadership are learned through introspection, courage and practice. It will enrich the leader as well as the follower.

Leading effectively in the 21st.century depends on our capacity to make fundamental shifts in how we think and act. To lead effectively we must learn to think and act from a deeper, systemic perspective. We must become more conscious than ever of our larger business environment and most importantly about ourselves. Leadership is more a persuasion than dominance. The old ways of doing things in a transactional way will not give lasting results. The leadership should be ethically sustaining and super ordination should be the spirit behind the leadership function.

The program is designed around the core objective of initiating a substantial shift in how we think and communicate. The program aims to introduce a methodology that will sustain the transformation with yourself, others and your organization.
