Organization challenges and limitation often result in not focusing on the individual’s intrinsic needs. One of the major needs are Career. If an individual is able to realistically look at his/her long-term career aligned to his potentials, feels more engaged with the current circumstances and offers all his/her efforts, towards the goals.

The methodology will be Psychometrics Tests (Edgar Schein career Anchor Test, MBTI), Personal SWOT analysis, Life Goal planning, followed with developing Individual Career Plan (ICP) and future environmental career challenges Address by Industry professionals.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This programme is designed for junior level executives of public sector, private sector and government organizations who have moved into managerial roles.
Thursday, October 4 to Friday October 5, 2018. The programme starts at 0930 hours on October 4, 2018 and concludes on October 5, 2018 at 1715 hours. The participants are expected to arrive in Hyderabad a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme or in the morning of the following day.
The programme will be held at the Centre for Organization Development, Madhapur, Hyderabad. It is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in single air-conditioned rooms at its campus.
The Centre arranges transport between Airport/Railway Station and the campus.
The Programme fee is Rs.20,000/- + GST. The fee includes tuition, board and lodging, courseware and other facilities of the Centre like Internet usage, well equipped gym. Local participants not availing hostel accommodation will be given a discount of Rs.1,000/- per day for the duration of the programme. Cheque/DD drawn in favour of “Centre for Organization Development” payable at Hyderabad, along with the nomination form be sent to the Head, Programmes Office, Centre for Organization Development, Madhapur, P.O. Cyberabad, Hyderabad 500 081.
Organizations/Institutions nominating more than one person will be given a concession of 10 per cent in fee to the second nominee and onwards. A 10 per cent concession is also given to a woman participant. In either case, the maximum allowable concession is 10 per cent.

Been a CHRO since 2006, where he led HR in India, China, APAC region and UAE, besides being an Organization Development Champion for APAC region. Krishna’s core strengths are helping organizations develop the long-term plan for their talent development and management (Strategic Planning). Creating performance-driven organization, improving employee engagement, Auditing of HR processes, Leadership Development & Succession Planning, and Executive Coaching. A Graduate in Indian Philosophy with master in Human resources from Madras University. Alumnus of Ramakrishna Mission’s Vivekananda College and Loyola College Chennai. He holds several certifications, major one’s are Occupational Personality Questionnaire by Saville and Holdsworth, UK; Predictive Index by Prandex (USA). Travelled extensively in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
