Who is this programme for?

This workshop is designed junior and mid-level managers in the public sector, banking and non-banking financial and insurance companies, and executives and team leaders from the IT and ITES industries.

How does it work?

This 4-day online programme develops soft skills through a blend of theoretical inputs, group discussions, virtual training games, team activities and psychometric instruments. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Participation and become a member of the COD Alumni Association.

Dr Vani Mullapudi

Clinical Psychologist, Life Skills Coach, Learning and Development Consultant

Dr Mullapudi has been coaching, mentoring and counselling people of all ages for over 20 years. She has designed and delivered innumerable training needs analyses, managerial and development programmes for corporations, academic institutions, government agencies and NGOs. Her programmes explore themes of emotional intelligence, decision-making, team-building and leadership, interpersonal skills, change management and motivation, among others.

In her training workshops, Dr Mullapudi encourages participative, interactive learning using a non-judgemental, motivational style that inspires trust and confidence in the participants.
