Professor Ramachandran has worked for renowned technology and telecommunications companies such as Motorola, AT&T, SITA, Air Mauritius in Senior Leadership positions like Country HR Director, Regional Director for Asia Pacific and Global HR Director. He started his career trajectory at BHEL and later had successful stints at Associated Capsules Group and Golden Tobacco Company, Bombay. He then joined Texas Instruments in India as its first HR Manager and rose to become its first HR Director. He was the first Professional HR Director for The Murugappa Group in Chennai, overseeing HR Governance in 29 companies of the Group.
V Ramachandran specialises in consultation and creation of Assessment Centres and mentoring roles to coach top brass of domestic as well as multinationals. His client list includes BU Heads, General Managers, VPs, Country Managers, Global Executive Board Members, Regional Presidents of high-profile automobile and pharmaceutical companies in India, US, South Korea, Australia, Africa.
