The Origin of COD:

Founded in 1980 under the leadership of Dr.B.L.Maheshwari, a visionary who recognized decades ago that Organization Development and Organizational Behaviour are the continuous needs of Management and the needs are ever emerging. Thus,  an exclusive centre is incepted to provide insights to corporates in Organizational Development and Organizational Behavior, to uplift skills and values.

Over the years, COD has expanded its academic activities to other functional areas such as

Institutional Grants

COD is provided institutional grants from Madura Coats, Bangalore, Bharat Bijlee, Mumbai; Bank of Baroda and the MMTC.

Eminent Faculty & Facility Centre

The Centre has a multi-disciplinary team of Faculty Members and a strong support staff. It has a self-contained campus spread over five acres with conference facilities for conducting training programmes and workshops. COD has a specialized library, research scholars haven, recreation facilities and an executive hostel with 37 air-conditioned rooms.

COD Campus was inaugurated by the President of India, Shri R. Venkat Raman in the year 1990.
