Focus of EDPs
COD conducts three types of Executive Development Programs (EEPs) – announced, customized on campus and customized off-campus. These EDPs are designed and delivered by the members of Faculty and select external experts who are known for their knowledge and experience in their respective areas of specialization.
Open Programs are open for all participate – be it an individual or an organization. In this category, programs along with the dates are pre-decided by COD and the participant can choose from among the announced programs. Open Programs are delivered only at COD’s campus in Hyderabad.
Customised Programs are in-company programs co-designed by COD with client companies and delivered to their workforce at a pre-determined venue and date. The programs will be custom-curated with focus on the learning and business objectives of the sponsoring organization. COD shall also assist in Training Needs/Competency Gap Analysis based on the organization’s business and L&D objectives and prepare a training calendar. All the programs will be delivered by well-qualified faculty with rich industry exposure.
